Response times
Requests for confirmation of processing and for access in simplified format are answered immediately, under article 19, I of Law No. 13,709/2018. The clear and complete declaration is provided within 15 days, under article 19, II. You will receive a reference number as soon as the request is registered.
What not to send
Do not upload or attach identity documents. This website accepts no file uploads. Where we need to verify your identity before answering, we will do so by email, at the address you provide.
