Contractual standards
Our contractual standards are based on recognized industry practices, applicable technical standards, and internationally accepted business principles. Every agreement entered into by Orbis Strato is designed to protect the interests of our clients while ensuring compliance with applicable legal, ethical, and contractual obligations.
Suppliers, vendors, subconsultants, subcontractors, and other business partners are required, whenever applicable, to comply with Orbis Strato's Code of Conduct, Compliance Program, contractual requirements, and all relevant laws and regulations. Where appropriate, contractual provisions also require adherence to the compliance programs or codes of conduct established by our clients and project owners.

Code of Conduct
Orbis Strato Engenharia is formalizing its core values, ethical principles, and expected standards of professional conduct in a Code of Conduct. Once issued, the document will apply to all directors, officers, employees, consultants, subcontractors, and business partners acting on behalf of Orbis Strato.
