COMPLIANCE / DUE DILIGENCE
Prequalification
Prequalification program for suppliers, subconsultants, vendors, and contractors.
Orbis Strato Engenharia has established a comprehensive Due Diligence Program to support its ongoing commitment to legal compliance, ethical business practices, and responsible corporate governance.
Who must prequalify
All suppliers, vendors, subconsultants, subcontractors, and contractors must successfully complete our prequalification process before becoming eligible to provide goods or services to Orbis Strato Engenharia. This process is designed to ensure that our business partners share our commitment to integrity, quality, safety, sustainability, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
What we assess
Our due diligence procedures evaluate each prospective business partner against objective criteria:
-
Corporate integrity
-
Financial stability
-
Technical qualifications
-
Operational capability
-
Regulatory compliance
-
Health and safety performance
-
Environmental responsibility
-

-
Previous project experience
Acting on behalf of our clients
When acting on behalf of our clients, Orbis Strato engages only those organizations that demonstrate sound financial standing, adequate technical and operational resources, proven project delivery capabilities, and a consistent record of ethical conduct and professional excellence. Our objective is to establish long-term partnerships with organizations that uphold the same standards of quality, transparency, and accountability that define Orbis Strato's corporate values.
How the process works
Registering an interest takes two minutes and commits you to nothing. If your organization matches a current or forthcoming scope of supply, we open a prequalification file and request the supporting documentation directly, through a secure channel. Do not send documents, certificates, or personal data through this website.
Confidentiality on onboarding
Approved subconsultants, vendors, and business partners may be required to execute confidentiality agreements as part of the onboarding and contractual process. The applicable forms are provided directly during onboarding.
